Your records
You decide what to record and are responsible for its accuracy and lawful use. Do not enter another person’s sensitive information without appropriate permission. Keep independent records where loss would matter.
Availability and limitations
Browser storage can be unavailable, cleared or lost. The demonstration is provided as available without a guarantee of continuity, recovery or accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Exergist is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on an item record. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
